80 days. 20 Seeds. Pike Muskmelon is a 1935 heirloom that was developed by Aaron Pike from Oregon.  Its fruits are 3 pounds, oblong and heavily netted, with flesh of a sweet salmon orange.  A very rare heirloom today, it was bred for production in un-irrigated clay soil (in well irrigated soils, the fruits can be over 6 lbs).  Very hardy, dependable, disease resistant, with great yield and flavor.
