It is intolerant of high temperatures or long periods of temps below 55 degrees F., and grows best in climates with long, moderate temperatures. However, in warmer climates, it can be grown in winter, and in colder climates it can be grown successfully if started indoors for transplanting outside in spring. A great addition to your garden!
